Shred It, Don’t Dread It! (2 min read

Sometimes you have to just scrap unwanted things in life that increases stress and unhappiness. By doing this, one can stay happy and enjoy the current moment with the loved ones.



  1. I apply this to all the unwanted mail I get (shredded in the machine) and to those who are toxic to my life (Fare thee well). As for challenging experiences- well, I am poor at standing on one leg, but I try to do it, anyway, as long as I can. I do need silence, though, when I am making that effort.
